All track on the scenic side is hand made from Exactoscale components. Rail is steel which stays clean at exhibitions better than nickel silver but suffers from rust problems. The track design was done using Templot and printed on A3 sheets which are then used as templates for the track building.

The end sleepers are made from brass strip with brass chairs soldered onto them. The sleepers are then screwed to the baseboard to help protect the track ends.
